Options Include:
Logo Customisation: Ideal for cafés, corporations, or personal brands, our laser engraving technology etches your design onto the pitcher. This creates a sleek, enduring representation of your brand on our premium milk pitcher.
Picture Engraving: Personalise your pitcher further by adding an image that holds special significance to you—be it a cherished pet, a memorable place, or a beloved symbol.
Custom Text: Make your pitcher uniquely yours by engraving a name, significant date, or motivational quote. Select from our font options to perfectly capture your style.
How to Customise:
Add the “Pitcher Customisation” product to your cart.
Specify the position of your logo or text.
Pick a font for text options.
For text customisations, please include your desired text under “Order Notes” at checkout and font. If no font is selected, the default will be applied.
For logo or picture customisations, after your purchase, email us at hello@wpmcoffee.com.au with your order number and attach the image file.
If you are ordering multiple pitchers for customisation, please specify design for each pitcher under "Order Notes" if they are different.
Limitations:
For logos and pictures, we accept .png or .jpeg formats with a white or transparent background.
Designs should feature simple lines or outlines to ensure quality engraving.
The width of any logo or text must not exceed 25mm.
The height of any text must not exceed 50mm.
We do not engrave emojis.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on customised pitchers.

Please note that we cannot engrave trademarked logos, copyrighted / licensed content, profanity, political, or any sensitive materials. WPM reserves the right to make the final decision on all customizations. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method and will be notified of the cancellation.
We may take photos of the engraved pitchers for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your customized pitcher to be photographed, please email us athello@wpmcoffee.com.au
